At LNFA, we not only value sustainability and the support of young designers, but also the protection of your data. That's why we want to show you what exactly happens to your data when you shop with us.
This information only applies to LNFA.shop.de and other advertising appearances of our store such as Facebook or Instagram, as well as our newsletter.
We at LNFA are also responsible for our content.
The legal principles of data protection can be found in the EU data protection basic regulation (hereinafter GDPR) and in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
"Personal data" means any information that allows you to be identified. Only natural persons can be identified. Thus, all data that can be assigned to an identifier, such as name, address, telephone number or the expression of your physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity are protected.
“Processing" means any process carried out which collects, records and stores personal data with or without automated procedures. The adaptation, alteration, deletion of this data also fall within the scope of action.
Types of personal data
The law has divided your data into 3 different types. These include your access data, cookies and input data. What is meant by this?
The access data are all data about the access to the servers on which our site is located. This can be the time and date, as well as the parts you looked at, your browser type and your IP address. Your browser automatically transmits this information to our servers.
Cookies are small files in which your browser stores information about our site. This is information about the duration of your visit, your login data or your user input.
The last type would be the input data. This is the data you entered when filling out a contact form. In the case of our newsletter it would be your name and email address.
Why do we process your data?
For your and our security, we collect the access data. This enables us to prevent fraud and misuse. In order to improve our site for you, we also record the website use. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f GDPR. For processing the IP address by third parties.
We only use the data mentioned to analyse the use and to regularly improve our shop for you or to place advertisements on social media channels.
Integration of third party content
You may see third-party content on our site, such as a banner, for example. As a result, this third party will be able to see your IP address. The IP address is then required to see the banner or content. Details can be found in numbers 10. The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 f GDPR. We allow the inclusion of such banners or content to make our site more interesting for you.
Linking with social media
We use various social media, such as Instagram, to draw your attention to our store and our designers. This allows you to share your favorite part directly on Facebook or discuss about one of our posts on Twitter. The IP address of your device will be sent to the media provider and processed there. Details can be found under point 11. The legal basis for the use of the technologies is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f GDPR. We use the social media to advertise our site and to make it more attractive.
Your personal data, which you have entered in the form and sent to us, will be used to process your request. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will only use your data to adapt the newsletter for you and send it to you. If you have contacted us about a complaint, we will only share this information with our customer service. Our designers and other partners do not receive any personal data submitted through forms.
The legal basis for data collection is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 a and f GDPR. Our legitimate interest in collecting data within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f GDPR follows from the fact that we cannot process your request (contact, customer service, participation in a competition, newsletter) without your data.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will inform you regularly about events, offers and new content. We will send you a small email for this purpose. It can come to the fact that we evaluate your purchase and clicking behavior on our side.
You can subscribe and unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time. All you need is a valid email address and you must be over 16 years old. The newsletter will be sent via LNFA conceptstore. Tracking pixels and an individual ID are usually used for the possible evaluation of your purchase and click behaviour.
The newsletter is sent on the basis of a consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 a GDPR. The logging of the registration procedure is based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 f GDPR.
You can revoke the storage of your data, the email address and the use of your data to send the newsletter at any time. All you have to do is unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Sometimes we have small contests on our social media channels or in our online shop. If you want to participate, you have to register for the competition. In doing so, you submit and allow us to use your personal data for this competition. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 b DSGVO. All other information you need to participate is contained in the terms and conditions of participation, which you must also accept by part.
Categories of recipients of personal data
Your message data will be processed for us by our hosting provider. However, we only share your data in two other cases:
To defend, enforce or exercise a right (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 f GDPR);
Upon official request, judicial request or legal proceedings in which we are legally obliged to share your data
Duration of processing
For our security, your access data will be stored on the servers of our hosting provider for a maximum of 90 days. Should the data have to be stored for a longer period due to an incident, we reserve the right to delete it only after final clarification.
Cookies and IP addresses processed by third parties
All cookies used by us are stored for 12 months. If it is a matter of cookies or IP addresses that a third party has processed, we unfortunately have no influence on the duration.
If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will automatically delete your registration data within 24 hours.
Other input data
The data that you have transmitted to us via the contact form will be stored for the duration of the processing of your request. Unless this data is subject to the tax and legal retention obligation of 2 to 10 years or a consent for further processing of your data.
Voluntary provision of data
You are not obliged to provide personal data when you visit our shop. On the other hand, we would like to point out that the collection of the IP happens automatically. For the conclusion of the sales contract only the necessary data for the dispatch and completion of your purchase are raised.
Right of objection
You can object at any time to the processing and collection of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 ff GDPR. You only need to have a reason for objecting to this. Nevertheless, your personal data will be further processed if we have raised these to reasons worthy of protection. However, these reasons must outweigh your interest, rights and freedoms or be based on a legal claim on our part.
However, in the case of data whose processing and collection served the purpose of direct marketing, your right of objection does not expire and can be exercised without the presentation of reasons (Art. 21 GDPR).

Further rights of data subjects
You can revoke your consent at any time. The revocation of your consent does not change the legality of the processing and collection of data until revocation. In short: You cannot revoke your consent retroactively.
You also have the right, upon request, to receive free information about your personal data stored by us. (Art. 15 GDPR). You can also request correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) and transfer (Art. 20 GDPR) at any time.
You can also complain about us to your data protection officer in charge. You need a well-founded case for this. (Art. 77 GDPR).
